RESIDENTIAL PAINTING SERVICES
Interiors:
When choosing residential paint colors and paint types for your interiors, we can assist you by showing you the different products, colors and sheen’s available.
Remember a few rules when it comes to interior paint color, the darker the paint the smaller the room will look and feel. The lighter the paint color the larger the space will look and feel. Also take into account your furnishings and try to pick a color that will blend well with your furniture and floor coverings.
Eggshell or flat paints have a low sheen, whereas gloss and high gloss are shiny and easy to clean up little finger prints and smudges on the walls.
When choosing exterior paint colors, take into consideration that the darker colors tend to fade faster and holds more heat than lighter colors.
Exteriors:
Prior to painting we power wash your home to remove loose or peeling paint and debris from exterior siding, leaving a clean surface for paint to adhere to. Our process also exposes the stem for below grade painting. See how well power washing works in prepping for an exterior repaint.
We cover and mask all non-paint surfaces so there is no overspray or drips on your windows, furniture, and patio/deck flooring. On all exteriors with texture/stucco we use a spray and back-roll process for a full coverage coat(s). Which ensures a higher quality paint job than just spray coats alone.
When shopping around for quotes or bids always ask about spray & back rolling. This is the only process that pushes the paint into all the nooks and crannies for total even coverage.
